Excavation, land clearing and demolition out of Gunter, Texas — family-owned and running since 2017.

Who you are calling
A local family-owned business
I grew up in McKinney, and I am proud to now be serving my community. We started Spagnola Land Solutions in 2017 and we have been moving North Texas dirt ever since.
Most of our work comes back to the same thing: somebody needs ground that is flat, drained and ready. We quote it, we tell you the timeline, and we finish it. A good share of our jobs are for people we have already worked for once.

What repeat
work looks like
The strongest thing anybody has written about us is not one job — it is one landowner coming back across three of them.
We used Spagnola Land Solutions in Oct 2020 to clear and then build the pad site for our 50x75 shop. Austin did a great job and finished ahead of schedule so we could move forward with our build. We used the company again in Feb 2021 to build a driveway, install 2 large culverts, and create two drainage solutions at different spots on our land to help control erosion. We chose to use Austin again May of 2021 to clear and mulch some acreage with his forestry mulcher. We have been extremely happy with all the work.

Austin was great. Very responsive, did a very good job conditioning my back yard for sod prep. He was very professional, was very fair, even discounted the original quoted price because it didn't take him as long as expected. That brought up his integrity and honesty.

Austin was great all around! He is great at what he does and follows through on exactly what he says he will be doing and in the timeframe you need it. I would highly recommend using Austin for any of the services he provides.
Aaron W.Thumbtack

Bart M.Thumbtack

Straight answers
How do you price a job?
We come out and take a look. We can also bid off plans. Either way, setting up a call is the first step.
Is there a job too small?
No. We have done everything from a 50 by 75 shop pad and a run of drainage up to a 45,000 sq ft build pad. Ask, and we will tell you straight.
Do you work for builders and businesses too?
Yes. Building pads, parking lots and site work, including the Municipal Water buildings in Telephone.
Do you build ponds?
Yes. Two-acre ponds in Anna and in Celina, dug, dammed and shaped.
Do you do drainage as well as dirt?
Yes — culverts, underground lines and rock-lined channels. A pad that does not drain is not finished.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Gunter, and we travel — how far depends on the size and the location of the job. Give us a call and we will tell you if we cover your area.
