What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Effective July 31, 2026
This policy explains what information Spagnola Land Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects through this website — and through the calls, texts and emails that start here — and what we do with it. Questions about any of it: email us at SpagnolaLandSolutions@gmail.com or call 972-302-1919.
You don't have to give us anything to look around this site. When you get in touch — by phone, text, email, a form on this site, a chat or scheduling tool, or by asking for an estimate — we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, details about the work you're asking about, photos you send us, and anything else you choose to include. If we ever take payment through this site, card details go straight to our payment processor; this site does not store full card numbers.
Like most websites, this one and the services behind it may automatically record information about your visit. That can include your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, screen size and language, device identifiers, the page that referred you, the search terms that brought you here, which pages you viewed and in what order, how long you stayed, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. If you give your browser permission, it may include your precise location.
It can also include how you interact with the page: links and buttons you click, how far you scroll, where you move or tap, what you type into a form — including a form you start and don't send — and a recording or replay of your visit. It can include conversations you have through a chat or messaging tool on the site, whether you're speaking with a person or an automated one.
This may be collected through server logs, cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, embedded content, software development kits, session-recording and heatmap tools, device fingerprinting, and technologies that do much the same thing under other names, now or in the future.
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We may use them to keep the site working properly, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and — if we advertise — to measure whether an ad brought someone here. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
We use outside services to build, host, secure and run this site, and we add to and change them over time. Depending on which are in use, they may include web hosting and content delivery, font and script providers, website analytics, session recording and heatmaps, A/B and split testing, maps, online booking or scheduling, chat tools and automated assistants, call tracking and phone service, text messaging, email delivery, customer records, payment processing, review and reputation platforms, spam and fraud prevention, and advertising or social media platforms. Those providers may receive the information described above, including your IP address, and handle it under their own privacy policies.
Some of those tools work across websites and devices — for example, an advertising or social platform may recognize the same browser on another site, or match information about you with information it already holds, so that ads can be shown or measured.
This policy is written to describe how business websites commonly collect and use information, including tools this site may not use today. That is deliberate: it means we can improve the site — add a booking system, a chat window, better analytics, online payments — without the way we handle your information quietly changing on you first. If we ever start doing something meaningfully different from what's described here, we'll update this page.
Calls to and from us may be monitored or recorded for quality, training and our own records. If you give us a mobile number, you agree we may contact you at it about your question or your service, including by text. If you separately sign up for reminders, offers or other recurring messages, message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, agreeing is never a condition of buying anything, and you can reply STOP to stop or HELP for help.
We share information with the service providers described above, who may use it only to do work for us. We may also share it when the law requires it — a subpoena or court order, for example; to protect our rights, safety or property, or someone else's; when you ask us to or agree to it; and with a buyer or successor if this business is sold, merged or reorganized.
We do not sell your personal information for money. If we ever use advertising or analytics tools that pass information to third parties in a way that counts as a “sale” or “sharing” under California or another state's privacy law, we will say so on this page and honor opt-out requests sent to the contact details below.
This site is not aimed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us at SpagnolaLandSolutions@gmail.com or call 972-302-1919 and we'll delete it.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no website or internet transmission is completely secure and we can't guarantee it.
This site may link to others — review sites, social media, manufacturers, payment pages. We're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
We may update this policy as the business or this site changes. The effective date at the top always shows the current version. If you keep using the site after we post an update, you accept it.
